PULASKI COUNTY, VILLAGE OF KARNAK RECEIVE USDA RECOVERY ACT FUNDS

Washington - U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that Pulaski County and the Village of Karnak have received Community Facility grants as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

“These grants will help strengthen these communities and assist with economic development in the region,” said Costello. “USDA funds are a tremendous resource to help meet the needs of our rural areas and I will continue to work to make sure they are a priority of the federal budget.”
